SIMSON - Delilah LP
AQUILA - Time`s there... MLP

Thanks!

I would say ;

METAL MERCY >
good to very good, classic HM if i remember well, about 80-100.- Euros
SIMSON >
good to very good, NWoBHM sounding, about 60-80.- Euros
AQUILA >
very average Hard Rock, 30.- Euros

On eBay with a bit of luck also a bit cheaper.

I often see METAL MERCY listed as "Power Metal", but I would rather call them "Thrash Metal-light" (remember Metallica?)

They're good at what they're doing, but nothing special imo. That pic-7" w/ some demo tracks that Stormbringer Records put out is actually better. More classic Power/Heavy there..

Yeah, not exactly 100% power metal, maybe something like heavy dark power metal with a thrashy edge? Good EP anyway.
Good against Evil, Evil sure to win

That description hits it perfectly, I really like it, unfortunately after four songs, it's already over :(

I could use more of that!

BAPP-BAPP is almighty Varvar and I guess he means that this kind of misery oozing playground is the birthplace of great eastern european metal.

Saw some stuff at a store, but don't know if it's decent or not. Or if it's worth anything. How would you rate (value/quality) the following:

Syar - Death Before Dishonour (Mausoleum Classix)
Imperium - Too Short a Reason (Mascot)
Mercyless - Coloured Funeral (Century Media)
Ignorance - Positively Shocking (Metal Blade)
Solitude - From Within (Red Light)
Brutality - When the sky turns black (Nuclear Blast)
Step Child - The Prayer (Massacre)
Lowbrow - Victims at Play (Crook'd)

STEP CHILD played some rather lame Melodic Metal, despite Kenny Powell's guitar play. Only good song: "In your Eyes". 5€

That MERCYLES album contains some good, fast paced Death metal. Maybe 6€

I don't know much about the other items

I have the 2006 Blackend 2CD version of Holy Terror's Terror and Submission/Mind Wars. Near the end of the first song on Mind Wars, there's a glitch or a jump or something. Did I get a defective copy, or are they all like this? Does the 1999 Powerage version have the same problem?
