Noticed recently that the record for most visitors to the forum ever (10930 lost souls!) was on this fairly recent date and I can't for the life of me figure out why... Any clues?
As with all web forums nowadays, our posting-activity is of corpse not as active as before, but you might also have noticed that at the same time, we have more daily lurkers than even in the Golden Days. The complete forum database is OLD, Big & Specialized and pretty well indexed on Google and other search engines by now, so that might explain all the random hits - even minus the hypothetical 50% bots...
Still, curious about that particular date...
10 Oct 2025 - What happened??
