Another really interesting compilation is this one here, featuring two early metal bands from Costa Rica:
- "Todo El Rock" (Costa Rica, 1987):
https://www.discogs.com/fr/Various-Todo ... e/12557075
As far as I know it's the only compilation on vinyl from central latino america including heavy metal / hard rock bands (Distorsion and Armagedon) in the 80's: other similar compilation with bands from such geographical area were not issued until mid 90's, so this has been the one and only for quite some long time, except for really obscure and local tapes
Armagedon alro released a 7" with two songs: "Nunca Te Vuelvas Atrás / Fuera De La Realidad" in 1987
while Distorsion released two 7" ("El Último Tren" in 1985 and "Perdido / Dónde Vive Mi Paz" in 1986), a demo in 1986 (including, beside demo version of the songs off the two 7", also other songs like "Medianoche", "La Busqueda", "Te Vamos A Enseñar", "Maldito Telefono" and "Espiritu Del Viento") and a self-released CD in 2007 when they regrouped after many years with re-recordings of old tracks and new songs.
They also appeared with the song "Perdido" in another compilation Lp made in Venezuela in 1986 titled "Rock del Mundo Latino" with bands from different spanish language countries (Spain included):

As far as I know there isn't any other vinyl compilation from central america until mid 90's and beyond.
Some sources or blog list an unexisting "From Todo El Rock" compilation but it's basically the above mentioned "Todo El Rock" with a shortened track list (possibly the uploader didn't rip the whole compilation) and an invented, internet-purposely made new cover
I see on various FB group that this Costarican compilation isn't particularly impossible to find.
Most of the songs on the original Lp were used for a compilation CD made in 2002, but some songs were omitted:

I don't know if there's any rip of the original compilation floating around or single tracks uploaded on youtube, but as for historical purposes it's an important compilation regarding the metal scene in cental latino america area
