I think most releases were sort of crossover'y, which is why I've written them off in the past and haven't bothered with the comps either. Another "maybe", maybe..

Seems there's always 'that last label..' that needs adding. Here's a pretty big French one that was missing:

I started a Night Gallery-page many years ago, and then discovered they're only about 50% Metal/HR and 50% synth/new wave etc so they're kinda low priority atm ...but I'm still finding the odd label here & there to add, so I know the page isn't quite complete yet.

@Prowler: Cheers! Will add it next week when I've got some free Days.

...speaking of which, can anyone set me up with a hi-res scan of the logo of the small German label Tombstone Records? (Tortoise Corpse, Dementia, Darklin Reach etc..)

No Helloween vinyls? Some also will argue for Dickinson's Accident Of Birth.

Cover, insert, label.. whatever is larger. Note that the resolution needs to be really high, like 600dpi. Give it a try :)

It's tempting to include the 2nd generation of RP releases since there's some classic bands and rare vinyl releases included, but on the other hand the overall theme of the Labels-section (and the site as a whole) is 80's Metal, so... "Consistency" is my fave excuse for lazyness

At this point I really have a hard time to find a label missing, at least when going by my unofficial criteria (at least 5 releases, at least half the discog = Metal, mostly vinyl, 80's etc...)

Lots of additions to the Azra-pages as well...

What about Belgravia Records from Milano,Italy? It was run by Alex Schiavi,an experimental/avantgarde guitar player, according to https://www.discogs.com/it/label/107587 ... ia-Records , five of the eleven releases made by this label are metal (only 7" by italian metal bands,Bloody Skizz,Black Holes,Rock Train Band,New Age and Station Rail Road).

Nice update DaN. Might be worth noting that the 1st two songs on Voivod's 'Angel Rat Sampler' Promo (Clouds In My House & The Prow) are remixes by someone called Gary Hellman which are exclusive to this release. They don't sound drastically different to the album versions from memory, but no doubt fans would want to know. There was also a single sided cassette version i believe.
