What's up with that David Neil Cline LP? I've seen it cheap several times but always figured it would be pretty crappy.

It's cool US (partly Power) Metal. As long as the copies are that cheap you should try to get one. I've seen 3 or 4 copies alone this week all at 24 $ only.
