Non-urgent Vinyl Inquiries - READ THE FIRST POST

Post by Avenger »

Using this thread or creating a new more specific one is completly optional. If if you think your question is urgent and/or interesting enough for a topic of its own, go right ahead. Otherwise post here.

Does anyone know anything more about the 2 different NEAT pressings of Cronos - Dancing In The Fire?
My sleeve has a silver outline for the band logo, and looking at some photos a friend sent me he had a full silver logo.
I always thought there was only one press so this came as a surprise to me...

Thanks for any info that can be shed on this.

I`ve won an eBay auction on Lanzer - Use it or Loose it LP on blue vinyl. It sort makes me wonder: is there also a standard black vinyl version of this album? I already know some splatter shite edition exists too:

Normal edition was the blue vinyl. The splatter vinyl was the promo only edition:

OK, thanks. Splatter vinyls seem rather unusual for the 80s, by the bye.

Black vinyl yes, but not as standard edition. Only the testpressing was made in black vinyl. Don't count with more than 20 copies ... perhaps the usual 10 copies are more real.
I've also seen a red vinyl edition 2 years ago but didn't buy since I don't need 500 editions of one and the same record and blue looks more male than girlish red.

It seems some KORROZIA METALLA not on vinyl is out now on vinyl:

"Alive In October"
"Computer-Hitler"
"The War Of The Worlds"

has anyone seen or heard these?, i only see them for sale in 2 webshops. "Alive In October" is a must buy, I've never heard the other and have to guess they are not as good.

should still be in stock from the label, I don't think it was distributed very well. I just got my copy for under $20 in a trade last week.

It depends on the condition of the vinyl. If the vinyl is in VG+ or more, then yes it is an ok price (not a bargain but ok).
