Voivod inserts/innersleeves ?

What is included in the first amercian pressings of War and Pain (Metal Blade) and Rrrroooaaarrr (Combat)?

Do they both have the double sided insert/innersleeve with the lyrics on one side and photos on the other?

WAP insert w/ lyrics and photos on the other side (Euro press only w/ lyrics)
