No, I was dealing with this guy maybe 5 years ago and he had at least 5 negative feedbacks all for the same reason (like mentioned). It also looked like that the paypal account he gave me to pay wasn't his. So when I forced money back he surely got trouble with the owner or something. 3 months later he contacted me if we can agree to neutralize the negative feedbacks (a seller could leave a negative feedback at that time - now it's not possible anymore) and since that idiots negative feedback destroyed my whole 100 % pure feedback history I naturally agreed. He's surely done that with the other guyes he had fooled too.
Seriously the music of Varvar doesn't justifies even a 50 $ copy. I only need it to complete my sovjet/russian vinyl collection. 1994 wasn't a year for Thrash or classic Metal in general.

I had a similar experience with that seller, also around 5 years ago. Bought some records, then paid to the Paypal address he gave me only to have the owner of said Paypal account return the money to me. The seller gave me a different Paypal address but at that point I told him I didn't want to do that. I tried to be friendly about it and explained to him that it was against eBay rules to accept payment to someone else's Paypal account but he got angry and left me negative feedback.
