Just like myself. In the 90's only the Death/Black Metal demo stuff was outstanding. I've sadly sold a few of the original tapes that later became really famous coz I needed money, but I made myself a dub with xeroxed covers so it's almost the same but nowadays I regret a bit that decision. I'm just happy that it was only neccessary to sell just 2 or 3 tapes in these bad times so all in all it wasn't that much that had to be sold. But basically all the old Death Metal demos are of interest as it's the only Death Metal to be accepted here! What "they" call Death Metal nowadays I can only laugh about ...
Fetish of mine: old compilation tapes. Mostly Greek/Belgian/Dutch tapes on the picture. Got a lot more but I'm always looking to expand the collection, so if you've got any (extreme metal up 'till around 1995) please get in touch!

I agree, the heyday of the genre was 20 years ago. There are still a few interesting bands however (Krypts, Stench of decay, Dead congregation,...)
