Are these titles available on Vinyl?
Have you ever seen or do you own any of the following titles as official Vinyl?
ANTHRAX - Volume 8 (the thread is real)
EXCITER - The new testament
MORGANA LEFAY - which titles exist on Vinyl?
(I know "Symphony of the damned" and "Maleficium", but which others do exist as well?)
Thanx in advance!

no, never saw it.
>EXCITER - The new testament
as far as I know just those 2, but I could have sworn there might be one more after Maleficium.

I don't think I have ever seen a copy of Anthrax Vol8 on lp but at this site it claims there is http://www.vinylrecords.ch/A/AN/Anthrax/index.html
I believe they had a hard enough time releasing it on cd let alone other formats.

No I can confirm it wasn't. Back when this cd was getting ready to be released I went down to L.A. to see DESTINY'S END play with Flotsam and I think I saw Fates Warning around the same time. Anyway Perry & I went to the Metal Blade offices and while I was there I asked Slagel if they were doing a lp version, you could tell he could care less, and I think he said something along the lines of only if the German office wants to do it and if they feel like there is enough demand. All this told me it wouldn't happen since I guess there was only enough 'demand' at the timefor Cannibal Corpse lps...

Was DESTINY'S END "Breath Deep The Dark" album ever released on vinyl? I heard that rumor somewhere, can't remember where or when, maybe in my dreams, haha. Thanks!

Very interesting. I think if an album like that comes out today, people would be very surprised, if there's no vinyl release that goes along with it, that has changed a lot since the mid and late 90s.doomedplanet wrote:No I can confirm it wasn't. Not for Metal specifically, but these 3 would be the biggest collection/discography-resources out there:Dark Stranger wrote:Actually, this has bene on my mind a while - is there any kind of metal database that tells you if certain albums were released on vinyl? Metal Archives helps sometimes, but not every time.

Except for the most obscure private pressings I often find what I'm looking for on one of those.
