CD Pince near the Western Railway Station:

I was there 4 years ago for the last time, but if nothing has changed, they should have tons of used CDs for HUF 2,000-2,500 (~EUR 7-9), used vinyls (I even saw Metal Lady LP once in there) and a lot of merch.

CD Pince has a huge second hand selection as well as a few rarities on special racks on the wall.

If you're looking for Hungarian bands, the best place is probably Rock Diszkont in Kiraly utca.
There are also several Alexandra stores in town where you can easily find some titles from Ossian, Pokolgép, P. Mobil and so on.

You can also order stuff from Hammer Records (http://www.metalshop.hu/index.php) and get your parcel at their place in Buda.
