I don't think there's so much Pantera influence in that album ...
It's no masterpiece of course but for me good enough to buy it.
Anyway, Avenger ... you don't like Visitor, you don't like Leviathen, what do you like, honestly
!

Get rid of the vocalists and both albums would be okay in my book. Maybe it has something to do with the year.

Some recent issues:
BIG DAISY LP (their 7" is a fav', the demo tracks are very good too...great reissue)
STOMRCHILD - maiden voyage LP (didn't like it at all, boring)
URCHIN - get up and get out DLP (awesome !)
AXIS - flame burns on LP (not essential but very nice stuff nonetheless)
SENTENCED - shadows of the past LP (death metal classic)
MYTHRA - death and destiny regular LP (essential purchase, great package)
SCARAB - rolling like thunder DLP (killer !)
