That's weird. It works on my phone but not from my home PC. It must be something to do with the ISP then.

if you think I am right in my request to delete it, please support me with a "yes" vote:

If you have proof I am wrong and this release exists, please also vote and post a comment explaining why.

Apparently I can't. Does it require some special privilege? Discogs is great but the fuck protocol/politics are bullshit.

Maybe you've been logged out? I thought anyone could vote on merges...

Nope, logged in. Maybe you need a certain # of submissions?

you need a certain number of submissions + votes on them by other members to get voting rights. But I thought it is for voting on others' submissions, and that all members can vote removals and mergers. I was wrong. Thanks for the intent , though! I'm pedantic and stupid submissions piss me off ;)

I get really aggravated trying to submit things to Discogs so I usually don't bother. I don't want to search through a million band members to make sure I have credited the correct "Pete Jones (263)"

I never enter band members, lyrics and music credits, etc - you can skip this info too. I don't see discogs as a music database for fans, more like a database for collectors of physical music formats. I focus on companies, release years, matrix, barcode, images, etc.

Why don't you initiate a merge? I'd vote on it.

Sorry if I can't help but... I had to laugh at this nikovanh4sale user

So two cds with exactly same barcode numbers, inlays, cd layouts, matrix codes and everything else, are actually different for him ? Because one was published Germany and the other in Holland ? Quite clever.

Doesn't Discogs have a forum? I think posting this over there would be more relevant.

in many cases, yes. but most merges I do require some knowledge about the release, not just a brainless comparison of data to see that it's the same.
