went to local record show today, which is always fairly lame, but after hours of digging I did get:
Wild Turkey "Battle Hymns" lp
Bloody Mary lp
and the real score for $1 was Asbestos Death 1st 7" "Unclean", which I've wanted for ~15 years.

Gah, i've been after that one since 1991 too. I bought "dejection" (with Patch!) that year & found out that they had another 7" before that..but i never came across it. Only 500 pressed too. That's a great find, Doomed!

Gah is right! the crazy part is I got up realy early, went to the show and dud through crates for 5 hours finding just those 2 lps. But as I was wandering out light headed due to lack of food, I noticed a couple of boxes of singles underneath a table that I didn't see before because people were crowded around it. Started dejectedly to look through this box of 90's era 'indie rock' singles and found this one in there. It looks like it might never have been played...The best find I've made at 5 years of going to this annual record show.

The other crazy part is that I lived in the bay area for 13 years and in that time maybe looked through 1 million+ singles and never saw this single, so to find it here in Oregon is nuts!

Wow, completely new to me. Let us know what it's like once you've given it a spin.
Fairly decent hard rock/metal. Certainly more like, say DED ENGINE than VIRTUE. "Death by Misadventure" is the best song on there. I'd give it a 3/5 in total.

I'll fix an upload for you when I have the time.

Sorry for going a bit offtopic but I recognize that feeling so well it made me chuckle.. Me + my HM Hunting buddy usually gets up at 6, skips breakfast, load up the car with about a dozen heavy crates, unloads at the fair and run on empty until 12 when the café opens. Record fairs is VERY much associated with dizziness & fatigue  (...but I guess it's sweet pain)

Yeah, I recognise this. Even me, being a diabetic the impending threat of hypoglycemia just can't stop me browsing though just one more crate of records and then another one and another...

So doing the best deals with you at the next fair will be at 11:55 when
your sugarlevel is almost zero?

I was in Kortrijk (Belgium) yesterday to check out his 2nd hand shop which has been there for years, but i never went to it. Anyway, i didn't find anything good on vinyl at all, but there was a box of old old cassettes (tapes) & although most of it was recorded pop songs from the radio (it said on the sleeves, handwritten etc), i found a tape which says "Marble Arch rehearsal may 21 1979". I knew of the band Marble Arch & recently disgussed them here with someone, not know 100% if they were from France or Belgium. I was pretty sure they were from Arras (extreme North of France, right near the Belgian border) & now i found this tape!!! Kortrijk is maybe 15 km from Arras, so it all kinda makes sense. Anyway, after paying for the tape i went home listenend to it. Nothing really special, kinda bluesy hardrock, but they do venture into HM territory at times & a great cover of "Space trucking" too. I'll try & convert this to a cd-r & then hopefully mp3's. Keep an eye out for it at the Poisonoise section.
