Found a demo tape today by a band called "Playn Crazy". Demo is called "a blaze in the cold" & it's from 1990. The name sounded very NWOBHM,but it's more US metal sounding ala early Metal Church/early Savatage, especially the vox remind me of a mix of both bands. Very decent well produced trad. metal & from 1990..very strange. Looked everywhere online for info about this band & came up with NOTHING!!!
Anyone know anything about em? I think they may be Dutch or possibly Belgian, but i don't think so.
Cheers...

Nice pics.

I had an amazing day out at the easter record fair, bargain of the day was the Shock Split EP for £5.00, but technically I got it for free as the guy knocked £15.00 of my total.

Pics later.

Their drummer sent me it for free because I asked him where I could find a copy of it and he said I could have it because he didnt like it as much as the visitor so he let me have his only copy. He included some cool pictures too.

A real ripper, sadly a very short one. They recorded two more tracks, i would say on par with the single, notably that "Michael/Adrian" tune rocks.
Where were you in '79 when the dam began to burst

They should refund your money eventually if its not in stock. I think that was the only copy for sale though, I think the band themselves put that one copy for sale and that was it, it said last stock on the metal-treasures guestbook, but if they refund your money there wouldnt be much harm in trying to get it.

A "stock" is technically not one copy, but a "lot" ... but ye it seems yours was the last one =) no more available (it says "not in stock").
Well duh you were the fastest so kudos to you :)
