Hmm. That would be interesting, where can those be purchased?

EDIT. Found the book, what about that 3CD BOX?

To stay on topic, I just bought some discount cd's:

Bible Of The Devil - The Diabolic Procession
Dreaming - II
Etrusgrave - Masters of Fate
Metal Church - A Light In The Dark
Minotauri - II
Superchrist - Headbanger .

the box (ISBN 393687820X) contains the just released German translation of the book, the 3CD has also been released from the same German publisher and is also available separately through booksellers - ISBN 3936878196 that is! don't know about distros, but it should be available too, at least in Germany! (if anyone would like to order through the bookseller I work at, please get in touch! CDs are €22,90 +fair int. postage, free shipping within Germany).

btw, 2nd ed. of the english book (as most probably know yet) is ISBN 097961631X!

Yeah it is. Metallic Storm came out just a little while before Metal Maniaxe actually. Here's the track list:

1. Mercyful Fate - Black Funeral
2. Tantrum - You Won't Live Forever
3. Scimitar - That's the Way I Want It
4. Tarot Sutra - The Fool
5. Mean Machine - Gods & Devils
6. Confessor - Secrets
7. Jury - Don't Go
8. Wells Fargo - Hellride
9. Mercinary - Not the Time
10. Wikkyd Vikker - Super Rocker
11. Pentapus - Breakout
12. Detroit - USA Lights
13. Moby Dick - Can't Have My Baby Tonight
Thanks. Looks fine. Cool score

Manic completists might wanna know that the "Metal Storm" comp is available w/ 2 slightly different covers. To my knowledge that's unique for an Ebony-release. Also, I think that M Fate recording is only available on this comp.

Black Funeral is also on Neats Metal Battle comp Dan, I'm told that the second Grim Reaper LP has a different sleeve. I'm not convinced, the USA RCA pressing is a joint effort with Ebony and has a different reverse maybe this is were the confusion lies.

I have that "other" one. Was really weird seeing it for the first time when I had only seen the more common(*?) version everywhere.

to be honest I don't even know for sure if it IS a 2nd ed - but thought I read somewhere that the english ed. was out of print and that one is definitely available so I guessed! if it is a 2nd ed I don't think it has been revised. infos here: http://www.bazillionpoints.com/?p=9
