The Mentors - You Axed For It

Out of the dingy metal bin in an indy record store. I love the sound on this, it's totally classic metal blade (Tyrant, Omen, etc), but it happens to be The Mentors.

im back from my California trip, in this is the stuff i bought (i spotted a bunch of great rare records like Overdrive,Geddes Axe, Axe Witch etc, on a local "punk" record store,but i was so broke by then...)

I am not aware of that compilation but I doubt that it was the same band. It's trad heavy/power with strong vocals in my ears. It's on cd as I buy only cds & some tapes (only if it's the only available format like "Mordor" for example)...

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm talking about the I + II 2 LP release. This is the only version that I've ever heard/owned.
