I bought Canicule - Dictateur 7" 1979 yesterday.

Is it rare?

Well it's not featured on this site so I guess it could be quite rare, but the most important thing here is: Will their Steel be True enough?

I took a chance on this one (Belgian + fem vox = should be good enough) and only heard it for the first time today. It's melodic Metal, a nice mix of heavier and more melodic songs, but nothing that special.
