A friend recently found out his Welcome to hell vinyl was brown. He’s not the biggest Venom fan but just picked this up for cheap a long time ago, so it was only when he started adding his records to discogs that he realized. He made a killing...

I have a friend who bought a Fist - Back With A Vengeance for cheap (≈ €6) in a Swedish record shop about ten years ago, just to discover when he got home and opened it that it was on yellow vinyl.
