Remember when we would cover our school bag and books with band logos? I might start covering the doors here!

School bags, school books, pencil cases, benches in the playground ,chairs & desks if we could get away with it..train & bus seats,....particular favourite of me & my mates was the "Secret Maiden sign" hidden on their album covers which we only realised much later on was actually just Derek Riggs' signature.... -

Happy days!
Here in Ireland when you are very young you have the same teacher all year and sit at the same seat. One of the lads wrote Metallica on the desk in great detail. It must have took him ages. When confronted by the teacher he tried to claim that it wasn't him!

Lol. The 'Secret Maiden sign' was one of my graffiti favourites as well, i think we thought it was something occult before finding out it was Riggs's sigil. A misspent youth? No, not at all.
At one time i could draw a pretty decent pentagram on the wall behind me without having to look, although i tend to leave that 'skill' off my CV these days.
I'm pretty sure there's actually an old thread here somewhere with people's Metal logo doodles from their schooldays.

Very apt.

Heavy Load - Death or Glory, trying to decide what I think is the best track on this classic.
Always come back to 'little lies', perhaps the silliest track.. guitar is so heavy, right tone, that one slays!!

Disc 2, the rough mix. Great to hear the guitar properly at last, without all that reverb drowning everything.

Baron Rojo / En Un Lugar De La Marcha.
Great LP, much better than I expected, maybe like this better than earlier stuff even, 6/8 great tracks, have to listen to earlier stuff now to compare. Recommended: Caso Perdido, Cuerdas de Acero & Hijos de Cain.
