Soundtrack Movies Metal

Post by Fucking Åmål »

Do you know any movies that contain 80's metal as soundtrack?
As for me i would say that ''Demons'' had Accept-Fast As A Shark(so cult where the mainman of the movie cuts the heads of zombies riding an enduro bike in a cineme with a Ninja sword)Saxon And Mötley Crüe.Dario Argento's Opera had the Swedish rare band Norden Lights From Göteborg and a band called Steel Grave(i have not any clue about this band) that the track reminded me of exciter, accept with raw vocals.A horror film also with a serial killer which started with ANVIL's straight between the eyes.

Wasn't there another Argento movie which had Iron Maiden on the soundtrack? Was it Phenomena? Don't remember. Then there's Less Than Zero and River's Edge, 2 great films both featuring Slayer. I can't think of any more obscure references at the moment. Except Kiss Meets The Phantom In The Park

That STEEL GRAVE is a band that I'd love to find some info and more stuff.

And this German film sure looks interesting
http://www.sunnybastards.de/html/conten ... r-eng.html
but no subtitled version available I guess. There's some VIOLENT FORCE in there if I'm not totally mistaken.

But when will NIFELHEIM release the other song they recorded for GUMMO? Only one track on the soundtrack...

I suppose EAT THE RICH is too an obvious answer to the original question. And let's not everybody list CHARLIES ANGELS because of "Live Wire" in the opening scene.

Yes Der Verlierer(The Loser) i was about to say so i haven't seen the movie but when i checked Violent Force site i found that they had participated with a song from their only Lp.I guess Steel Grave was an Italian band because Dario and the film was shot in Italy. The song is a great surprise to everyone who have heard that but the scene when playing Knights Of The Night is even GREATER,one of the Cinema most SCHIZO and disgusting scenes totally Cult if you haven't see that movie go get it just for this scene and for the song f course. :D
