This must be at least the 60th time I've played it since I acquired it (Feb 1989). I'll need a replacement copy some time soon.
Hopefully, we'll see them soon in my country. Can they play songs from this album and the next one exclusively? I'd be really satisfied if they do so.
You just know they are going to play the dreck from "Heartwork" and "Swansong" instead of "Ruptured in Purulence" for example

CARCASS played at the HELLFEST in France this week-end, almost every comments I've read on their gig are negative.

Heartwork is not dreck! It's a lean mean deathing machine. Swansong did very little for me, but apparently they've only been playing a couple of songs from it live this year. I'm not that enthusiastic about the reunion gigs, I must admit. It's not really Carcass without Ken.

All these don't sound very promising, do they?

I like Heartwork very much. Not my favourite by Carcass, that would be "Symphonies Of Sickness". Carcass were top in my book.

Heartwork is THE melodic death metal album, it has balls and a thick melody, I love it.

Wielding Iron Fists - Liege Lord
