Talking about RATT, I remember that back in the days I've bought their first album because I've read in a review that RATT were heavily influenced by JUDAS PRIEST !!! You can imagine my disappointment at the first listen !!

Maybe they were influenced by future Judas Priest.

Some of the previous posts i think they're ok: Exodus first album is the best, Onslaught's Killing Peace and the new one, really suck!

In my opinion, Slayer release an amazing debut album, and since then , after each album they were decreasing quality

So what is it ?

Your statement seems a little bit extreme.

As for GnR let's forget them if you want, this is not the central point of this thread.

Am I supposed to comment on this?

And frankly I don't care if anyone agrees with me on these issues at the moment.
then why post?

I quite like Frolic, even the funky bits.

Because that's my opinion on the subject and now you know why I'm not contributing in any other way.

I agree with that one. "Frolic Through the Park" was a huge let down for me....

Other bands:
Maybe Witchfinder General. Never really got into "Friends Of Hell".

Also none of Lethal's albums imo comes close to "Programmed"....

Maybe also Sword. Imo "Sweet Dreams" is nowhere near "Metalized"...

Probably also Warlock. I listen to all of their records quite often, but think that none of their records comes any close to "Burning The Witches"....their only work that contains only hits imo. Ok, that`s probably unfair as BTW is one of my all time faves and I also enjoy their other works, but still I think the difference is quite big imo...

H.M.Maniac the only good album by Exciter? To me they got at least 3 classic albums

And i really think that Friends Of Hell is awesome. Same thing for "The Force". It's a killer...............
