Hey.. that's a pretty raging song in the background. I thought I recognized it at first but no, can't help you..

Funny, I think this is the first time I've heard classic US Metal of this more raw & true kind used as background music to something completely unrelated. Great quizz! If we don't solve this it would tarnish rep of the entire forum :?

I don't think I've heard the song, but the vocalist sounds quite familiar.

Someone I know commented on the same video and was in contact with some people who released the actual hiking video itself and they gave him an email which he would not relay to me he said he would give me more info when he heard back from members of the band, I will post it here if The Knell is not already doing the same emailing, all I know is the band is not in metal archives and is from Squaw Valley,California a known ski resort.

First thought the first track was great, then listened to the others which were not so, then the first again and didn't like it as much, least of all for the American crap there in the middle.

I checked out their songs at myspace, the first track is good but not great, the others are just average and that maiden cover is horrible, so I guess I'm in the same wavelength with daniel.
