Unknown homepages of obscure bands
Every now & then you come across a home page (new or buried & forgotten) by bands you never thought should have one. If you come across something cool, post it here.
Found this one a while back: http://tropfeross.tripod.com/
...and Destrozer just found a VARVAR home page! AAAARRGH!!! They're back!

I somehow adore the Outrage (Ger) demos from mid-80es a lot. Celtic Frost meets Poison meets Necronomicon meets Messiah. Last year they reformed and released 3 CDRs by themselves already. 50% re-recorded stuf from the demos, and 50% new stuff. Godly BlackThrash. Great sound and still the complete 80es feeling.

It's the same band, at least according to semi-Russian Destrozer, who browsed an earlier version of the page. And yes, VARVAR were christian already on the LP.Boris wrote:Don't know if this is the same Varvae, it says on the site it is called Svatoy Varvar now (Holy Barbarian) .... they are a fucking christian metal band, just look at the lyrics ... Has anyone checked out the LP on High Roller? How's the non-singles stuff?

Isn't it the same non-single stuff that was released on the "Before Your Very Ears" CD some ten years ago?DaN wrote:Huzzah! A TRIARCHY home page http://www.triarchy.co.uk/

VARVAR: Ah, fucking great album! Powerful and even epic at times! But it seems that the "Obmanutyj..." was recorded in 1993 (it's indicated in the info section on the VARVAR site). It definitely doesn't SOUND like a very contemporary recording either... Perhaps it's been unreleased until now? Now that's cool.DaN wrote: Edit: Do you remember if it's the same mp3s that were announced before, or a brand new album?
Does anyone know if this album is available on regular disc format? Destrozer maybe?
Fun records
