I was listening to Liege Lord "Freedom's Rise" yesterday and also "Burn to my Touch" and realized I had been mishearing a lot of the lyrics on these classics for decades. Too many to mention, haha. The real lyrics are much better than what my ears heard....

Apparently 'Dirty Water' is a cover of an old '60s song by The Standells, so perhaps it was actually they who originally urged listeners to scoff their grooming impliments.

Everytime I listen to Alta Tensao "Metalmorfose" the chorus always sounds like they are saying "Mississippi Metal". And I tend to listen to the song alot because of this. Haha

Because of a whim, I picked up the lyric sheet as I listened to Sabbath’s “Headless Cross” the other day, suspecting it would probably ruin the song Nightwing for me.
As suspected, it’s not “the kid is a rubber band” as I’ve always heard, but “the kill is around the bend”.
I always imagined the Nightwing of the song as a much flexible protagonist.
