Strange but also nice who everybody appreciates a different quality in soloing ...
for me it's often changing with the song/album under consideration ... for example with Yngwie's newer stuff I'm sometimes bored away (still he's a brillaint player, of course), but compare his more recent works with his solos one the first Alcatrazz-album ... man, they rule
Page is also brilliant, if he puts some effort in it ... live often lost ...
Hendrix never disappointed me on his official recordings ... and Vai certainly is a class of his own!

I cannot name a fav solo, but perhaps as a whole I'll go with Andy LaRocque - any solo in first 3 King Diamond albums is freaking awesome!
