Metal or alcohol

Post by metalmaster »

Celebrating my post number 300 I wanted to create this topic which many would consider sacrilegios: mteal vs alcohol. So, the question here is: what would you prefer to buy an album (lp, cd, tape, name it) or a beer, vodka, whisky??

Please don't come with such crap as: I like both equal, or evasive answers. Be brave and accept that you prefer alcohol above metal or viceversa.

In my case I rathaer spend my very few money in albums, I can certainly live without alcohol 8)

thats a no brainer - metal.

further to that, i like to buy my metal albums from alcoholics who are desperate for cash to buy booze (tip: alcoholics and drug addicts are always good for bargain vinyls)

Normally metal, but it depends on the situation: At festivals it's alcohol and when I still have some money left I buy records.

Metal. Saying alcohol is a telltale sign that you are addicted to it.

I can't really remember ever having to choose between the 2. Even when means have been meagre I've always found time & money for both. Clothes, bills, food & hygene is an another story..

Hypothetically, if I had to give up 1 of the 2, alcohol would of course have to go. Too bad Metal sound even more awesome after a few beers
I guess I'd start smoking pot instead.

Metal, what else. Alco gets priority only in case there's no sign of Metal around. And yeah, I remember I starved for Metal back in the day too.
