if we're not sticking to british bands (based on 2 other posts) here the 1st Twisted Sister self-released 45 from '79 has a pretty punky sounding version of Under the Blade on it.

(also just because I watched it for like the 150th time the live 82 version of Under the Blade on youtube is incredible)
