Agreed. When I heard the album for the first time I was fully expecting another S/T or The Dark based on that song alone, but after it the album just kind of fades.

Thanks for this! The vocals are definitely a bit too screamy (but not screamo), but the riff and melody work is exceptional, venturing almost into the neo-classical realm. Very good demo.

Sin After Sin, although it could be any of the first three. They were at their most innovative and emotional on those albums and while Stained Class was no less mature, it was really dry. After that it's mostly just great but usual rocking metal.
