The first demo tape with Kiss of Death etc. was indeed recorded at Guardian studios, but it never came out as a Guardian release as far as I know. Into the Fire was also a self-released promo tape and I have only heard of one pressing: the one Korgüll mentions.

Incredible songs, Stench! This is exactly the kind of music I miss from Finland. Does the demo have any name? I also checked Isten, but there was really not much information... just the single tracks, which year it was released and that it has a picture sleeve. I wonder how it looks like! I would re...

That should be Squadran from New York, I think. They released one single 1980 with the name Fly Away (with b-side The Wall), and sure, they sound very heavy for their time. Great music in all, a lot of high-pitched vocals and some good instrumental parts... well, it must be Squadran you're searching...

It's not really crappy, but no masterpiece either. I think it's pretty good plain and simple hardrock.

Did they ever make a real demotape? I just have one demotrack from 1984, which I think I got from from mordred a few years back. It's actually a great song also and here it is:

OK, I have uploaded the BBC Session with Black Axe now. The date was 03.06.81 and they performed really great. These versions aren't really different from the ones already known, but it's very worth a download because of the exclusive track Night From Blue. The tracklist is as follows: 1. Edge of th...

That song's actually called "Shoot Out The Lights".

D.R.I. - Tear It Down
Is it? Didn't know that... I don't own the single, but I absolutely thought it was called Someone to Kill.
