I have read somewhere that the Vizio (ES) 12" is also an edition 200. I was not able confirm this and it is from 1992 though ...

The second Malediction probably wouldn't be considered rare, although apparently there were only 300 pressed, but it took me some time to find a decent priced one all the same.
