Talked 2 a frd a while ago, as he mentioned that Entombed - Clandestine had many boots (even it's a cheap piece), and he thought mine looks funny. Now I get a chance to scan the whole CD. No OBI. The discs were simply made in Japan since it was cheaper or more convenient at the time. They were always intended for US market. Celtic Frost was Noise, but the US release was pressed/distributed by Combat. Same with Voivod and many others. Great. How about megadeth - so far so good so wha...
