Superbe italian Heavy Metal. One of the most famous european rarities. The songs are inevitable to be heard. Progressive song-structures, but always great melodies!

Über diese Platte noch irgendwelche Worte zu verlieren ist eigentlich sinnlos, denn entweder man kennt dieses Werk oder man ist ein Hinterwäldler in Sachen Metal. Ich würde jetzt mal behaupten, ADRAMELCH haben mit "Irae Melanox" die beste Metal Platte der Welt veröffentlicht!!! Zu hochtrabend? Oh nein, hört euch einfach mal die 8 Songs an. An Genialität sind diese Lieder einfach nicht mehr zu überbieten. Progressiver, epischer Metal in Perfektion, der mit nichts, aber auch gar nichts verglichen werden kann. Sehr positiv ins Gewicht fällt auch, dass sie trotz aller Filigranität ihre Härte bewahren und sogar nicht zu selten mal den Knüppel aus dem Sack lassen, zumindest für Progressiv-Verhältnisse. "Zephirus", "Irae Melanox", "Decay", "Eyes of Alabaster", "Was called Empire" oder "Fearful Visions" sind einfach das Beste, was die Welt jemals erblickt hat. Der Sound ist zwar wirklich schlecht, aber gerade dieser Sound ist wohl mit der Grund dafür, dass diese Platte eine solch mittelalterliches Flair ausstrahlt. Dass die Musiker absolut fähig sind und der Sänger mit seiner charismatischen Stimme auch absolut einzigartig ist, brauche ich nicht nochmals zu erwähnen, oder?! Jedes mal, wenn ich diese Platte höre (also jeden Tag) bekomme ich eine Gänsehaut, so intensiv sind die Kompositionen und so sehr geht die Musik und die sakralen Chöre unter die Haut!!! Absolute Kaufpflicht!!! Wer dieses Werk nicht liebt und sich trotzdem Metalfan nennt, soll mir ja nicht unter die Augen kommen!!!

To lose anymore words about this record is in theory useless, because if you don't know this one you're a nitwit on the department of Metal. I dare to say that ADRAMELCH have released the best Metal record in the World with "Ira Melanox"!!! Too stilted? Oh no, just listen to the 8 songs. In genius these songs simply can't be overruled. Progressive, epic Metal in perfection, which can not be compared to anything, and I mean anything at all. Very positive is also, that despite the filigranity, the band keep their heaviness and they even release the fury several times remarkably, at least for a progressive band. "Zephirus", "Irae Melanox", "Decay", "Eyes of Alabaster", "Was called Empire" or "Fearful Visions" are simply the best the World has ever heard. The sound might be really bad, but just this sound might be one of the reasons that this record spreads such a Middle Age flair. The fact that the musicians can do something and that the singer with his charismatic voice is one in a million, I don't have to mention again, do I?! Everytime when I hear this record (every day, that is) I get goose-bums, that's how intensive the compositions are, and that's how much the music and the sacralistic choirs get under the skin!! Absolute must-have!!! He who does not love this piece and still calls himself a Metalfan, should not risk his ass near me!!!
