Founded by Alex Thubeauville, also responsible for Aaarrg Records, Bonebreaker, Earthshaker Records and Shark Records. Despite the name, this was a German company. They licensed a couple of New Renaissance-titles in Europe, as well as signing bands from all over the world directly to their label.

To my knowledge this is their complete discography.
