Quite a good album, but I read the lyrics and I didn't like their political views.Korgüll wrote: MYTHRA - Death & Destiny
That's a new one. What were they about? I'm not fishing for a political debate, just curious about their "agenda".odin wrote:Quite a good album, but I read the lyrics and I didn't like their political views.Korgüll wrote: MYTHRA - Death & Destiny
I would rather not go into that but you can read through some of them for yourself and make that judgement if you would like most noteably "england" and "Vicious Bastards".DaN wrote:That's a new one. Well I get sick of brits spouting anti war shit, they should have been a punk band if they wanted to talk about such things in my opinion.aaaaag wrote:Well, "Vicious Bastards" seems pretty standard anti-war stuff like Metallica's "Disposable Heroes"... and quite a lot of others.odin wrote:

Well they did form in 1978 in South Shields, Durham.. during a time when punk still ruled the UK! They certainly didn't sound or look punk, but I guess lyrically they may have been influenced at the time?odin wrote: Well I get sick of brits spouting anti war shit, they should have been a punk band if they wanted to talk about such things in my opinion.
