Sepultura Morbid Visions Bootleg LPs info

Can someone please give me info the two bootlegs that exist of this release?
I know one of them doesn't actually have the intro on the record, but the other one, limited to 300 copies, especially wondering about this one.
Matrix numbers? Matrix hand stamped or machine stamped? Colours of the centre labels? any other relevant info?
alternatively, if someone has an original copy of the second press (silver labels), can you give the same info and let me know if the insert is on glossy paper or normal paper?
