HELLIAS (Poland) evil thrash 1988

I'm about to release their 1988 tape only EP and a great sounding live set from 1989 on one LP. Their sound can be compared to other Polish thrash cults like KAT, Dragon, Wolf Spider, etc. The vocals are a bit more rough with a strong early Mille/Kreator style to it. Anyone remotely interested in Eastern European thrash should check this out.

Thanks for the upload! It's an excellent demo, with a heavy KAT influence though.

Haven't downloaded demo yet, but I assume that it's the same version as it is on Closed in the Fate Coffin compilation? (Listening to it right now, great band!)

Yes, side A contains the same bonus material as Closed in the fate coffin CD.

Great package - love the fanzine print style. nice patch and stickers...

This is good thrash - very evil sounding vocals (this guy Foreman is a sick!)- this is classing thrashing!!!

nice job by NWN - I would have never ever heard of this -- if it was not for the re-issue
