Ken Kelly was the painter of those covers, and by the way, the one who did the mitic Rainbow's "Rising" art!. Fine works.

Very unique sound, Speed / Thrash with hardcore influences and some mixed vocals including growling in some parts, they used to play punk / hardcore in the early 80's and released one demo & some songs on different compilations before changing into metal.

Metallica was actually at the release party for the album.
About 1 year later they released ...And Justice for All with a really look-a-like cover.
