VARVAR

Post by daniel »

This is the version that was available for listening on some website. Is it different from the original LP? If so why change the tracklist?

anyway I put it up on megaupload, if there's some problem blast this thread into the void.

I gave it another listen, and there are a few good moments but overall I think this record sucks, I can't stand the singer, god it got on my nerves all that noise.

I hadn't written good things about him in the Black Writs sub-forum as far as I can remember

Two Varvar demos now available for download thanks to the guys at Metalrus.ru (and Destrozer, who seems to have initiated the whole thing!):

Obviously Metalipeiklo is my guy to go for all the Russian stuff! Any info regarding the existence of a copy of the Varvar LP for sale purposes anywhere on this lovely planet of ours?

Not right now. Try searching some Russian music forum, put and ad like I did. But, to paraphrase yourself: "Listening to BAPBAP makes one want to learn Russian". And it's needed even more in BAPBAP's case!

Thought so. Dammit.

If only a close friend hadn't broke up with that Russian fiancé of his years ago, things would probably be smoother in that department! 8)

What the hell, I'll give it a shot. After all, there is free available translation software on the Internet.

So, anybody knows if this version is different than the one reviewed by DaN? Because I was just re-reading his review and wanted to check it out

If you mean the above posted link to the VARVAR album: there's no difference at all between upload and LP except for the track order.
