Swedish DM book and Encyclopedia of Svensk Dodsmetal

Post by Sacrilegio »

I want to buy a book on the Swedish DM scene, yet I don't know which one I should buy. I am very into demo collecting, yet I also would like to read interviews and learn about the SweDeath scene. Is it worth it to buy one book over the other, or should I get both? Also anyone know the prices?

Thanks to whoever responds and helps me out. I put this under this forum as I believe this is more an opinion type of topic that in the sense of judging books, rather than talking about bands.

MODS: If you believe I put this in the wrong forum, feel free to move it.

This belongs in "Into Battle" as it's still Metal releated. This thread will be moved shortly./Mod

Yeah, I'd like to know what that Encyclopedia Of Svensk Dodsmetall is like as well. I've flicked through the Swedish DM book in the store numerous times & it looks fantastic. Tons of pics & interesting info from what I can tell, a definite buy sometime soon for me.

Amazon have it here for $34.95:

& EoSD can be bought from the authors myspace for 45€:
