Metal Labels Index 4.0

Post by DaN »

Here’s what’s been keeping me in seclusion these last 2 weeks. Hope u like. I now call upon the members of the forum to help out with completing and correcting the lists. You will get credit for your help.

- Post all additions in this thread and state your source, either with a link or confirm that you own the actual vinyl.

- Some pictures of more rare releases are missing. If you have it you are more than welcome to scan or take a picture of it. Post a link to the picture, not the actual picture itself – it will slow down the thread.

- I’ll start adding more labels soon. If you have a fave label that’s missing and feel like taking it on yourself, let me know and we’ll work out some sort of co-op.

Gotta love that logo! All Bonebreaker-releases had their perks, but INVADER is definitely my fave.

Btw, does anyone have the Rave-On pressing of BLACK WIDOW (BEL) - "Streetfighter" LP and care to check the index#? It's a piece of crap so you're excused if you've kept away from it.

One small correction !
METAL MASTERS LABEL
METALP 108, Cities, Annihilation Absolute, LP, 1986
It's the wrong cover ! This ones from the Metal Blade Pressing !
Its more an EP ! Only 6 Songs ! The Year is 1985 ! I have both Pressings !
You can find the right Cover on Metal Archives ! But at the wrong place !!!!
But you can find some useful informations too !

Thanx! Yes, I noticed a lot of wrong covers on Raoul's old site and probably haven't spotted them all yet. So this is the cover of the Metal Masters pressing then? ---> http://static.metal-archives.com/images ... /15966.jpg

Updating now..

How about listing the various colors the "Black Metal" LP by Venom and maybe others came in? In the comments or so. I know Black Metal it was pressed in brown and in grey marble vinyl at least.

Yeah, eventually I might update the Neat-page with all the info on Venom's colored vinyls, but the www.venom.nu-link I put in the intro will have to do for now.

Addition for METAL MASTERS Label :
METALP 116
WILD STRAWBERRIES - Wild Strawberries LP 1987
Image
This is a english sung record by the Yougoslavian (Bosnia & Herzegovina) Band DIVLJE JAGODE !
On the Cover it's written "Licenced From Logo Records P 1986 C 1987
I don't know if this Logo Records Version exists ! MA says yes, don't talks of the Metal Masters Version, seems strange to me. Logo was an UK Label too, or not ?
