I'm not sure if it was actually released/spread out to the public. I got this one from Metalion's own demo collection and the notes on the inlay say it was a special release for him.
I'll get some new gear pretty soon so I can try a rip/upload this one on here...

Also Hellish Torment (nyc) demo 1985. For some reason, this got released on a 7" under the name of Hellhouse in the late 90s.

Mefisto - Megalomania demo 1985, the Puzzle demo 1986. Don't see them being mentioned too often...

This one is great!! Used to have a good rip of it; can''t find it anymore. Indeed sounds like Possessed, early Slayer, Malfeitor which is beyond great!!The Knell wrote:
Hellpreacher - Resurrection dt 1986 from TX/USA. I think the drummer from Necrovore played on this one. Sounds like early Possessed & Desecration SF with some killer seminal black metal riffs thrown in. I don't know how popular this was with the tape trader scene back then, but according to some info the band only spread 50-100 copies themselves.
Sorry, I meant this demo from Blood Spill (with Razor shrieks):

Deathnoise is cool, thanks for the recommendation. Satanas is going to have their tap released as a 12'(maybe 7' not sure) larter this year. I have the Black Prophecies cd comp it's pretty goog too.MetalizeR wrote:Bands like Deathnoise (fra), Beleth (jap), Vulga (mal), Black Prophecies (ita) and Satanas (per), waiting for his demo pressed on black vinyl!
Really? I think it's pretty well established classic... The Swedish death book, the recent re-release and the reformation should help those who are not aware of the masterpiece yet.Mefisto - Megalomania demo 1985, the Puzzle demo 1986. Don't see them being mentioned too often...
Would love to own this on 7inch too, there was a pretty cool interview with those guys in the last Baphometal zine.INFERNAL DEATH - Incantations of the Gates
Von Hellsing is pretty great too, from NYC as well.

Pretty cool material indeed, nothing particularly "evil" about them though.Zombie Dance wrote:Von Hellsing is pretty great too, from NYC as well.

A bit off topic, but does anybody know if Toxic Shock from Connecticut ever released any demo or tracks in any compilation that's not on that EP? I really like that band and would love to know any more songs from them, besides the 4 in the EP.

I never found anything, but their 7" is only 3 songs.
