A great guitarist. I've attended a SAVATAGE show at the Dynamo Open Air in the late 80's and I still have very good memories of it. Will play "A Ghost in the Ruins" ths evening.

Totally amazing guitarist. Will spin "Sirens" and "Hall Of The Mountain King" in his honour later today.

The only show in Italy was done in summer 1993 supporting Overkill and Z.Stevens on vocals... 50 superb minutes, best show in my life.
RIP Criss and wife (she died years later but let's not forget her)

This was quite the loss. He was definitely an amazing guitarist with both a unique playing style and guitar tone on the first few Savatage albums. "Hall Of The Mountain King" is a top ten album for me.

RIP. One of the first metal LP's I ever purchased was "Hall", at the age of 11...in '93. And I still listen to it nearly weekly.
