An absolute favourite is this Overlorde:

The track Keeper of the Flame on MM #8 (?) is classic and the rest of the Medieval Metal demo is just as good!

Anyone know what happened to them?

I would die for VATICAN "Answer to the master" Demo.
The Demo does exist as a genuine Tape, but I'm sure only a few people have ever come across with it.

Anyone into THE BASTARD SQUAD???
They're from Ohio too, I came in contact with the vocalist by my Youtube Video.
Hope to get the material he offered me, so could be interesting what the other songs do sound like.

Yes, Matrix = pre-Bride...
One of them already had a demo "Lost with his love" with a band called Warrior in 1982 or so.

INVADERS-Demo 1984 what a perfect cult band it is!
ARSIN demo is very good too.

Still KRUDEWITCH is the best US demo band ever no matter what you say. 8)

Go to the Strappado blog and download it.I guarantee it is masterpiece.

I lately found some info on KRUDEWITCH and entered it in M-A that this band is from L.A and supported W.A.S.P and PANDEMONIUM.Seems more info is impossible.

Has anyone here ever heard the "Fire In The Scream" demo by Dark Shadows? It was going to be bootlegged many years ago by a certain record dealer. It's supposed to be killer 80s US Metal, but I've never heard it.

I remember a thread in the metalpage forum where someone said that this album/demo/whatever it is actually does NOT exist. I still have it in my want-list but to tell the truth I haven't heard or read anything about it at all.

The demo definitely exists because the dealer told me he was going to bootleg it, and played a small bit of it for me over the phone. The band was from Pennsylvania, but they aren't even listed in Metal Archives.

Somewhere between the fierceness of Metal Church and the sharpness of early Savatage. A bone-crushing demo. The Rippeeeeeeerrr!!!

Does anyone know if Pathfinder have ever recorded more demo material other than the awesome track "Fountain Keeper" (from Metal Massacre VI)?
