Cool top six lineup but how many of these bands still consist of original members?

Have they announced the members of each lineup? This is a cheap, short flight for me so I would consider.

Check the facebook page, I believe that is discussed in each band announcement.

Did some digging for anyone else that's interested...

Taste Of Iron:

Original vocalist Lorraine Gill

Rest of the band is only half original
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Accused:

Vocalist of all prominent albums: Blaine Cook

Rest of the band is only half original
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Devil In Disguise (Glacier):

Vocalist is Mike Podrybau who only sang on the last 3 tracks of the EP

No other original members
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Heir Apparent:

Vocalist is new

All other members are original minus keyboards
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q5:

Original Vocalist Jonathan Scott K.

Only one other original member and that isn't Floyd Rose
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cruella:

Vocalist is new

Rest of band is only half original
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wild Dogs:

Original Vocalist Matt McCourt

No other original members of either Wild Dogs or Dr. Mastermind

Wondering what the other headliner will be. Kind of disappointed now.

I knew you would not like it. From all accounts all these bands sounding great in their current incarnations. Check youtube to see current live shows of these bands, Devil in Disguise for example killing it. The Accused AD is the final addition.

I too would have to lean towards the "not liking it".

When the top 3 BANDS are missing critical members that is lame for certain. And the second, third and fourth tier bands in the same boat?

As Lego Batman would say "Hard pass".

Yeah, guys that don't like to support what is happening these days should definitely not go. Well I will say Devil in Disguise kill. check youtube if you like but I'm going off friends opinion that saw them already and said they blew him away over many bands he saw the same day. And of course a key member of Glacier is no longer alive so it can never be that vocalist too. Mike is a really nice guy too so that helps.

Alfonso - the bass player - also a great guy and a monster of musician.
Know him since early days with Question Of Madness.

updated first post with lineup change(s), here are new announcements:

We can now officially welcome back Glacier! Here's a press release from the band.
In 2016 the band DEVIL IN DISGUISE was born as a tribute to the 80's US Cult Metal act GLACIER. The band was formed as a special one off tribute performance featuring one of the Glacier vocalist Michael Podrybau to play at the 2017 Edition of the Ragnarokkr Metal Apocalypse Fest in Chicago. It was going to feature Michael singing the songs from the EP and a few demo tracks. The band would be rounded off by Chicago musicians Michael Mendoza, Alfonso G Polo Cuevas (Poncho) Michael Maselbas , Adam Kopecky. The name DID was picked off of the track from the original Glacier EP. Since it was not officially Glacier, this was the best way to pay respect to the history of the original band and the fans who would be seeing the performances.

The band worked hard on making sure the Glacier sound remained in tact. Then the Ragnarokkr fest was cancelled and the band was offered to play in Germany at the legendary Keep It True Festival. So all the hard work of learning the songs was not lost. The band then was also booked at the Legions of Metal Festival in Chicago the same year. Things took off for the band more than just a one off tribute. Still using the Devil In Disguise moniker more shows were offered to the band. The idea to keep it going and writing new material came up and new songs began to start happening. This was no longer going to be just a tribute band.

Now in 2018 the band has received the blessings from surviving members to carry on with the original name Glacier. So now the band known as Devil in Disguise will carry on in the future with a revised line up because of the recent loss of Michael Mendoza and Alfonso G Polo Cuevas (Poncho) and adding Julian Galvan on bass and Ryan Bruchert on guitar now using the classic name Glacier for all future shows and festival appearances. New material is currently being worked on as well. The band is now ready for battle under the Glacier name. Do not miss out on their appearances at the Northwest Metal Fest in Seattle in March and at Up The Hammers in Greece this coming May. 2018 will be the start for a new era of the band Glacier. See you all at the future shows and look out for the new material.

----------------------
We have our first unfortunate news of the event. Due to drummer Ray Schwartz dealing with a back injury that has proved more arduous than initially hoped, Heir Apparent has been forced to cancel their appearance at Northwest Metalfest 2018.
Thankfully, another group of local heroes have taken up the call and stepped in to take their place. Please welcome local masters of thrash, power, and even traditional doom metal stylings, Coven 6669.
-----
Coven was formed in the late 1980s just north of Seattle Washington. The classic lineup featured Dean Babbitt, Paul Hash on Guitar Neal Babbitt on drums Gary Peebles on bass & Jay Clark on vocals.

The band recorded three albums between 1985 & 1993 Blessed Is The Black, Death Walks Behind You & Boneless Christian these continue to be international classics because of their blending of several metal genres and unique style.

Coven is back again as of 2012 like a malignant tumor! Dean & Neal Babbitt are joined by lunatic front man Jamie Carter, thrasher extraordinaire bassist Eric Close and the diabolically sinful guitar work of The mysterious UnderBishop!

I'm sure Jeff McCormick who was the third or fourth drummer in HP could step in and play since he will already be onsite playing in Q5.

Coven is a nice addition though.
