Just spoke with Rui Tavora guitarist of E-X-E. The band is meeting in the next few days for the first time in 25 years to start on new material. He also stated they will be releasing Stricken by might and Sicker than i thought on CD.

Could you ask him for old demo tape(s) and if they had recorded anything under their old name Executioner?
Damn, I waiting for such news. Am searching for old demo stuff of them since 2 decades!

The band is preparing new material after 25 years of nonexistence and you're asking for some godforsaken old demo tapes? Shame on you.

He's right, new material will surely suck, so the demos are more interesting
and finally a legit press of the debut on cd !

I don't believe you. New material from bands dead for 20+ years rarely disappoints.

Of course he was, from the beginning. Pity anyway, no demos... oh well, at least the debut on cd, assuming it's not procdr/digipack/digibook/some other shitty format

They never had a demo so to answer your question. They were signed without a demo. I am glad they got Joe Palma back i think the debut is much better.

I always understood they had demos...Oh well, maybe some live stuff as bonus? Surely they have those...I know this has already been discussed on the Divebomb forums, but will they be remastered with the original masters? Always loved "Stricken...". To me, "Sicker..." is good, but doesn't have the personality of the debut. Anyway, this is great news, and glad they're back!!!

No, the band are supposed to release it themselves. It was posted on there before the corroseum was back up.

I really wondered about if they had demos before album. So now I know.
I dont know what to think about their reunion. Stricken by might showcase would have been interesting.
