Back from the dead!!!
The tenth and finally last release on Fils Du Metal is coming soon! As everyone is pressing vinyls it will not work out until KIT this time so that is a horror on the one hand but the record itself is the best ever on Fils Du Metal!

It is the mighty PROWLER you maybe know from the rare I love it/temporary insanity 7". Those two tracks will also be included in original mix on the LP from 1985. Main part is the 1984 demo with 6 killer tracks that have top sound quality!

LP will be available in 500 copies therefrom 100 in white vinyl all handnumbered. About 8-10 marbled vinyl copies also. Also included will be a little poster with some live pics.

No this is San Diego, California Prowler....the "no substitute for steel" track is also on the LP.

Unfortunately they aren't, these are the California band but NM Prowler are preparing something, don't know how soon but every minute passing feels like an eternity!

I've contacted them 3 years ago and he said they are searching for a label to release their old shit but then 1 year later they took their site off from myspace and nothing was heard from them anymore. They should have at least 4 tapes with tons of great Metal on it ... can't be that hard to find a label who wants to release that stuff! What the hell are they doing?

I just know they will release their old stuff soon.

Note - don't forget that these fellows moved from California to New Mexico (or was the other way around - ? ) releasing tapes recorded in both states...

Cover is printed now ...will be given to the pressing plant tomorrow. We've printed the label already last week, means the vinyls could be already pressed or will be done this week by them. I know that they're pressing the vinyl first and cover is done later.

Cool!!! Thanks for the info...they told me it will still last 10-12 weeks so earliest in May....if it is true what you say it would rule eternally cause I would have in time before KIT.
