I was hoping this would be a new book/encyclopedia, but now I see it's a compilation CD. Aw well, 2nd best thing I guess..

Comes with a nice booket too- 3 page intro by John Perez (Solitude Aeturnus), and each band gets their own page with a picture, info on the recording session, and biographical notes by John.

John gave me a copy in Austin last month but I really hadn't had time to give it a good listen. Looks great though

I was expecting something different myself, not a compilation. At least it has both Sentinel tracks and one of the two Baron Steele tracks. Will get it soon.

Glad to see Mr Perez released this, it only took him 10+ years to get it together...

I'll be picking this up as well.

I'm just glad that it's finally been released.

got mine yesterday, killer cd. The only thing wrong with it is that it is on cd, I hope it gets released on a better format.

Actually what would have been better is if the Necrovore track or Death Tripper had been left off and the 2nd Baron Steele track added.

Absolutely love this cd. Only real complaint is the booklet could be bigger but obviously they were limited in how big it could be.

Anyway, I was just wondering if a second volume is ever likely to be released? I'd love to see it happen.
