Solar Eagle reissue?

I saw this recently:

Does anybody have this yet or know if it's an official re-release? I've tried to find a US distro with this CD, but haven't had any luck so far.

Look out! This CD is recorded from mp3 files, which are easily found online.

Thanks for the info! I'll definitely stay away from this release. I just was hoping someone had finally officially reissued Solar Eagle.
